You may place the sensor anywhere as long as it is not in contact with the CPU directly. The 1 sensor LCD comes with no setup required. You are however, able to switch between Celcious and Fahrenheit. There is an alarm that can be turned on and off manually. The alarm triggers if the sensor is bad or if the temperature exceeds the pre-set limit. If regular peeling does not work, you can use WD40, Baby oil, or rubbing alchohol on a rag and wipe down the sticker and peel it. (These will not cause damage to your case)

What if my motherboard doesn't fit into my case?

You need to unscrew the back face plate of the M1 case and insert the face plate of your motherboard. (note: if this does not work with your motherboard, it is still ok to attach your motherboard without the face plate.)
